Challenges: One of the key challenges we faced during these projects was adhering to strict program timelines. It was essential to complete all work within the limited timeframe of the summer holidays. Additionally, carrying out construction and renovation work within existing premises required meticulous coordination and planning to ensure the safety of the occupants.
Collaborations: To ensure the successful completion of these projects, we collaborated closely with various professionals and suppliers. We engaged roofing specialists to execute the reroofing works.
Regulatory Compliance: Throughout the projects, we prioritized strict adherence to building regulations and planning requirements. The completed works fully complied with all relevant regulations and guidelines. We also emphasized the need for the roofing works to be covered by a comprehensive 25-year warranty, providing long-term assurance for our clients.
Conclusions: Through careful project management and collaboration, we successfully delivered the programmed reroofing and internal remodelling projects at various King Edward V sites. These projects not only met the specified requirements but were also completed within budget and on schedule.
